We can offer full house rental or B&B in specific rooms, depending on the time of year.  Our preference is for full house rental to provide the maximum relaxation, but please contact us to discuss your requirements.

To rent the entire house, with a maximum occupancy of 6 the rates are as follows:
 - $300/night for double occupancy
 - $25/night/guest for each additional guest

(please note that we do not provide breakfast with a full house rental)

For B&B the rates are as follows:
 - The Pink Room                  $245/night (for double occupancy)
 - The Yellow Room               $225/night (for double occupancy)
 - The Green Room               $200/night (for double occupancy)

We have a 2 night minimum stay, with the exception of the annual MS-150 (charity bike ride from Houston to Austin) where we can offer the house for 1 night for $500 for maximum occupancy of 7 people.

Reservations and Cancellation Policies: 
We require a deposit of one night required to confirm your reservation. The deposit is refundable if cancellations are made up to four weeks before arrival less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within those four weeks are non-refundable. During the Antique Show weeks, we require six weeks notice for cancellations. However, should we manage to re-lease for your cancelled dates then we will refund your deposit less the cancellation fee.
All rentals are subject to applicable sales taxes.
